The Greater Fort Erie Secondary School Gryphons celebrated the end of the 2023-24 season by presenting school and team awards at their annual athletic banquet.

Marianne Borich, the school’s athletic council faculty advisor, called the occasion a “wonderful night” to mark the many accomplishments of the past year.

“The students and coaching staff have dedicated so much time and hard work to their programs resulting in a number of teams this year finishing with personal bests as well as a few zone and SOSSA (Southern Ontario Secondary Schools Association) titles,” she said.

“We are excited to continue to build on this momentum heading into next year.”
