This is an important message about exams.
Our School to Work students do not have final exams.
Our School to Community’s last day will be on Tuesday January 28th.
Demonstration of Learning certificates will be handed out to Grade 9s and 10s during period 5 on Wednesday January 22nd. These will inform parents as to whether their students will be writing exams. Please be sure to check them over so that you are fully informed which exams your G9 or G10 student will have to take.
Final exams begin on Thursday January 23, with period 5 exams starting promptly at 12pm. Period 4 exams take place on Friday January 24 at 8.30am, Period 3 exams are on Monday January 27 at 8.30am, Period 2 exams on Tuesday January 28th at 8.30am and Period 1 exams on Wednesday January 29 at 8.30am.
Periods 1 through 4 will run on Thursday morning before the period 5 exams at noon. Please be sure to call in your child’s absence if they will not be attending morning classes.
Exam schedules are available to all students at the Main Office or online, and all students have been given a copy of this schedule.
If your child cannot come in for a scheduled exam due to illness, please call the school in order to notify the attendance desk. A dr’s note must be brought in upon their return to reschedule their exam.
Busses will run as per their regular schedule during exams, however, there will be no late buses during exams.
